Delivery Information:

COVID 19 Delivery Policy :-

Due to COVID 19 deliveries being impacted, we try level best to deliver the order but in rare conditions, if the order is not delivered, a coupon of equivalent value paid will be provided.

Return / Refund Policy :-

There is no return policy, orders once placed and received by the customer, guardian, security guard, reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.


Shipping Policy:-

Normal Delivery:- All Order are delivered between 11 am till 6 pm in normal delivery time

Morning Delivery:- If the customer requires the items to be delivered in the morning then the customer has to select the morning delivery in checkout, the order will be delivered anytime between 8 Am till 2 Pm. We request customers to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the morning delivery. This service may not be available for addresses out of city limits or small B, C tier cities.

Night Delivery:- If the customer requires the items to be delivered at Night then the customer has to select the Night delivery in checkout, the order will be delivered anytime between 9 Pm till 11:55 Pm. We request customers to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Night delivery. This service may not be available for address out of city limits or small B, C tier cities.

Exact Delivery timings are not guaranteed and will be delivered in the respected time slot as selected by the customer.

Delivery time Charges and Delivery charges both are different charges.

If there is an additional delivery charge then additional charges paid for a delivery time will be adjusted towards extra delivery charges and a different amounts of extra delivery charges links will be sent.

Substitution Policy:-

If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with the next best available flavor, color, shape, size.

If flowers are not available in the requested delivery city then chocolates will be delivered instead of flowers.

Delivery Date Policy:-

The delivery date is the tentative delivery date on which your product will arrive. In rare conditions, there are chances that products might arrive early or later than the requested delivery date in the delivery address form.

Care Instructions

-Store cream cakes in a refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned environment.
-Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
-Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake.
-Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
-Please check the placement of these items before serving to small children.
-The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
